Salesman are all great. Bj is the go to guy for me. Parts and service are knowledgeable and always willing to help. Laurie and her staff in motorclotyes are always ready to assist, shirts, jemas, helmets boots even socks, gloves etc..... if you need it or want it to ride they'll have it.
I had a great experience purchasing a bike at Adirondack HD. The salesman Frank really knows HDs. The entire staff is very friendly, and the shop itself is clean, well lit, spacious, and beautiful. I really like going there because it's just a great place if you like motorcycles.
Not a harley owner but this place amazed me. Stopped on a ride so my brother could get a new fob for his bike. They were quick to get him in and program it and the showroom has more in stock than I've seen at most dealerships of any brand. Very friendly atmosphere, something you dont always feel at dealerships. Seems like a very well run place. Really impressive

This is a first class dealership.
Broke down with bad tire 60 miles from dealership. no hesitation truck and trailer sent right out. Arrived at dealership and they immediately put on lift and tire replaced. In and out in one hour. Now that's service!! In addition every one working at the dealership was friendly. Courteous and knowledgeable. Great job!!
What a great dealership! They had a great selection of new and used bikes. Their merchandise section was well stocked with the most recent HD products. Their sale items were deeply discounted. The lady at the sales counter was so nice. We will definitely be back the next time we are in the area!
Adirondack Harley is the only dealership in the area that is worth dealing with.
Everyone there is friendly easy to work with, they aren't pushy so ya don't feel pressured at all.
